The Precious Profits

The message had received wider acceptance around the world including China, former Soviet Union, Africa, Europe and elsewhere.

A man by the name of Muhammad had started a business model which had revolutionized his region and subsequently the world. The model - which was one of its kinds, had transformed the lives of people – young and old.

It had come at a time when darkness had prevailed, corruption, wars and injustice was rampant – similar to what the world is currently witnessing   where humanity has lost his human touch.

It was a business, unlike any other, that was profitable on many levels.

The product he introduced was not restricted to locality, time, region or culture. It was adopted by humans irrespective of social class, ethnic background, culture or language as its message was universal and appealing to all humans.

It had broken all boundaries between humans.

This model involved believing in Allah, described in the Qur’an, Chapter 112, as:

“Say (O Muhammad ()): "He is Allah, (the) One.

(The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks).

"He begets not, nor was He begotten;

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him."

The message called everyone to conduct oneself righteously and to be at peace with oneself and with others.

Part of the deal was to submit to Allah  wholeheartedly; do righteous deeds, treat others including animals and environment with utmost care, kindness and mercy, help those who are in need, forgive those who have wronged you, be kind to neighbors, avoid interest in business transactions, be honest in your dealings.

Killing one human is like killing all humanity, according to Muhammad’s model, and saving one life is equal to saving all.

Intellectuals, doctors, scientists, politicians, celebrities and even high ranking officials of other religious denominations had adopted this model as it made sense to the human intellect.

Win-Win Model

The ultimate profit of this model is happiness, contentment and success in this life and a long-term vacation not in Hawaii, Orlando or Cancun but in a much better place where the sky is the limit as to the enjoyment one has to expect.

The business model and its profit are best described in the Holy Qur’an in the two verses (35: 30 – 31):

“Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what we have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish.

That He may give them in full their rewards and increase for them of His bounty. Indeed, He is Forgiving and Appreciative.”

It was a win-win type of model where one good deed is multiplied by ten and a bad one is only counted as it is and is soon deleted from the database if the person rectifies the mistake.

Adherents to this model were transformed into highly successful people, with noble character.

The message had received wider acceptance around the world including China, former Soviet Union, Africa, Europe and elsewhere.

People were not able to resist the beauty of this model which made them to live in peace.

The number started to grow until it exceeded more than 1.2 billion followers worldwide.

Intellectuals, doctors, scientists, politicians, celebrities and even high ranking officials of other religious denominations had adopted this model as it made sense to the human intellect.

It was a business model that had justice as its main ingredient unlike other models such as capitalism and communism which lack this important ingredient.

A model that was started by one man in the 14th century had soon created a vibrant civilization that had illuminated the entire world at a time when Europe was living in darkness.

It had advanced in sciences, philosophy, medicine, engineering, architecture and other fields.

Sadly though, things went dramatically wrong when followers of this model started abandoning the core message brought by Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
