Second: IUMS expresses profound resent and strong condemnation of such calls, and considers making a film insulting the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) by some immigrant Copts as a heinous provocative act, which fans the embers of bigotry and hatred among peoples. Hence, it is impermissible to generalize or to punish the innocent for the sins of the guilty. Rather, they should change the "International Judge Muhammad Day" into an "International Know the Messenger Day".
IUMS also commends the moderate calls of some Copts and Christians who condemned this deed and maintained that it has nothing to do with the ethics of the Messiah (peace be upon him).
Indeed, Allah is the One sought for help.
